8 days after I placed an order from them I still had not received my item. I called several times on the phone number they provided and no one answered. I then emailed them and finally got through to someone who told me my package was shipped. All in all it took like 3 weeks to get my package. I then wanted to return the shoes as they were too big. I sent them back and the manufacturer took about 30 calendar days to refund me the money. From initially ordering and getting a refund it was 2 months. I will never buy from them again.

I recently made a purchase online and the order is still not processed. I have called, used live chat and emailed and have received no response. I regret that I did not check reviews before putting my order in and see copious 1 star reviews on site-jabber communicating the same issue.

I should've read the reviews as I'd never heard of them. I ordered and returned an item over a month ago and still have not received a refund. I keep getting the response that returns take up to 15 days, it's been a month or more. Never order from here, they will hold your refund hostage if you decide to return anything; sad because I would've recommended the site to friends and family if they provided good customer service.

Orchard Mile is not issuing a refund on a returnable item because they now say it's up to the vendor to decide. Would never shop there again.

I purchased an item that later I was informed was not in stock, so they cancelled my order and informed me that they would refund my card, a week after I contacted to find out about the refund and they told me they had just refunded my card and I would have to wait10 business days
So why would you have something in the website if is not in stock, charge the customer and then we have to wait weeks to get a refund
That is unacceptable

I order a lot of things online and I never experienced the quick responses like I did with Katherine.
I will definitely be using your company again.

Katherine from Orchard Mile customer service has been amazing! I had to exchange an item and due to Covid-19, there were some understandable difficulties with shipping and receiving. Katherine has been unbelievably accommodating and helpful over the past month and I cannot thank her enough for going WAY above and beyond to help me. I will most definitely continue to shop with Orchard Mile!

I would prefer to give Orchard MIle a 5 star review but unfortunately I had an issue with a return item. I ordered a dress from Dolce and Gabbana that I returned and I didn't receive a refund after 2 months. However as soon as I reached out to Angelo at Orchard, he took care of things immediately. I'm not sure if the breakdown was at DG or Orchard, but I do know that Angelo was incredibly responsive, friendly and got the refund initiated. Thanks so much!

The customer service team here is really great, I was having an issue with my return and the person helping me kindly called the brand and helped me out.
Will definitely be shopping here again thanks!
